Research-product handling

Because our products are research chemicals, returns are limited for safety, integrity, and regulatory reasons. Opened or used products generally cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within a reasonable period of receipt with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
